Share a useful, honest experience
Reviews should describe your own experience with a car shipping service. Include relevant details about communication, timing, vehicle condition, and value. Do not post spam, threats, abusive content, private personal information, or claims you cannot support. Reviews must be about the correct business and should disclose relevant conflicts of interest.
Businesses can respond
Company replies should address the feedback professionally and avoid exposing customer information. Reviewers or visitors can report concerns for administrator review. Hauler Trust may moderate or remove content that violates these guidelines. A report or automated activity flag does not by itself establish that a review is false.
